Frequently Asked Questions | Brilliant Prints Professional
How do I know I’m dealing with a legitimate company and not some backyard operation?
You are welcome to come visit our production facility in Brisbane and receive personalised service from our staff. In partnership with our Singapore and United Kingdom branches we have supplied more than 100,000 prints to happy customers. You can also go to our testimonials page to hear from some of the 2,000 professional photographers who use our services worldwide.
How long does it take to create my print?
Once we have received the artwork for your print, it takes us, on average, four days to create. If you need it sooner, please call us on your local state number to discuss expedited printing and shipping. We can also save you time by shipping directly to your customer (in unmarked packaging).
What happens if the print does not meet my expectations, or those of my customer?
We are so confident you will be happy with your print, we guarantee that:
- We will send you your print without requiring upfront payment. You will not have to pay for it unless you are 100 percent satisfied.
- We offer a money-back guarantee on all our jobs (no matter how small). This also applies to situations where your customer has changed his mind.
- We offer long warranties on all our printing products.
How can I order a print from you?
You can either pick it up from our factory, or we can ship it anywhere in Australia. Express and international shipping is also available. Just let us know.
What size prints do you make?
At Brilliant Prints, we can custom-create a frame for any print (except Lumi Tiles, which come in four pre-formatted sizes). This means you can have just about any size print you like.
Do you offer enhanced services for photographers?
Yes. We offer a range of services, including adding signatures or limited-edition markings; archiving your files for easy ordering; shipping directly to your customers (with unmarked packaging or using labels that you provide); or assisting you in putting together museum-quality exhibitions.
What type of digital file should I use in sending my photos to you?
Our software supports Jpegs, TIFFS, PSD or PDF files. And no worries: We always check to see that the resolution is high enough to support the highest-quality product before printing; we will inform you if there is going to be a problem. Please note: You can only use Jpegs if using our online ordering system. For all other non-standard file types – please email your order.
What type of colour-managed processes do you use?
We have created custom print profiles for all our printers, which are designed for our ink-and-canvas combinations. All editing of your image is done on properly colour-corrected screens. Take a look at our resource page for copies of all our profiles if you would like to soft-proof your images as part of the editing process. For images and prints where colour matching is crucial, we are happy to print samples in advance to perform any enhanced colour correction.
