Sydney Adventist Hospital: A Case Study
When Michael Were, the Healthcare Outreach Manager, at Sydney Adventist Hospital wanted to hold an exhibition to showcase the wonderful work the hospital does, he turned to Brilliant Prints. The Healthcare Outreach program coordinates volunteer medical, nursing and allied health professionals from all over Australia to undertake medical and surgical procedures in developing countries, where men, women and children otherwise have restricted or no access to medical treatment.
Brilliant Prints created dozens of large canvas prints that featured in the exhibition. They ranged in size from ___ to ___. The prints were created in our Brisbane lab, stretched over timber frames and shipped down in time for the opening of the exhibition. Many of the pieces have now become permanent displays in the hospital. Given the 75 year lifespan of the canvas prints created by Brilliant Prints, they will form a lasting testament to the wonderful work performed by these healthcare volunteers.
